THAI SUMMIT SAMUTPRAKAN FC vs. SAMUTPRAKARN FC: The two teams in Samut Prakan came together on the afternoon of 7th February 2010 for a friendly match at the Bang Phli National Stadium. It was an exciting match with the final score being a draw at 2-2.

PLAN FOR PAKNAM RAILWAY MONUMENT: The building of the monument to commemorate the Paknam Railway should be finished by the end of February. The structure is now taking shape. The base will be covered with stone and surrounded by water. The design on top will be covered with aluminium sheets leaving a hole for the shape of the steam train chimney.
อนุสาวรีย์รถไฟสายปากน้ำ: การก่อสร้างอนุสาวรีย์รถไฟสายปากน้ำลุล่วงไปกว่าครึ่งแล้ว โดยจะเสร็จสมบูรณ์ประมาณสิ้นเดือนกุมภาพันธ์นี้ สภาพของอนุสาวรีย์ตอนนี้เริ่มเป็นรูปเป็นร่าง โดยส่วนฐานนั้นจะปูพื้นด้วยหินและมีบ่อน้ำรอบๆ ส่วนสัญลักษณ์คล้ายหัวรถจักรด้านบนจะหุ่มด้วยอลูมิเนียม

ปั่นจักรยานเที่ยวพระประแดง: การปั่นจักรยานเที่ยวบริเวณปอดของกรุงเทพ (คุ้งกระเพาะหมู) อ.พระประแดง เป็นการเที่ยวชมสถานที่ในแบบใกล้ชิดกับธรรมชาติและถือเป็นการออกกำลังกาย รวมทั้งได้สูดอากาศบริสุทธิ์อีกด้วย ซึ่งชาวต่างชาตินิยมมาปั่นจักรยานเที่ยวออกกำลังกายบริเวณนี้เป็นจำนวนมาก

THAILAND POLO KING'S CUP 2010: The final of the King's Cup 2010 took place on 30th January between Thailand A and Brunei. It was an exciting match with the final score being 12-10 to Thailand. The event took place at VR Sports Club in Bang Bo, Samut Prakan.

GIFTS FOR BORDER POLICE AND CHILDREN: During the weekend of 9-10 January 2010, the Ruamjai Soo Chaidaen group journeyed to Chanaburi and Trat Provinces to give new year gifts to border policemen and children at the schools in the remote areas.

is at the far end of the Chao Phraya River, where it empties out into the Gulf of Thailand. The borders to the north and west join the Metropolitan of Bangkok. This photo album concentrates mainly on Paknam where we live, but we also have pictures about events and festivals around the province. We are close enough to Bangkok for people to come for a day trip. We don't get many independent foreign tourists so this is actually a good place to experience "Untouched Thailand".
